You will have privacy in the bedroom as there is a full door to close along with another A/C and heating unit!The couch in the living area folds out to a single/double bed and the dinette table also turns into a single/double bed. We dont do pick ups or drop offs on Standanrd American holiday dates. You can have it rented out on those days no problem.

We will drop off and professionally set up and have a short tutorial within 30 miles for a fee. This fee also includes purging and cleaning the personal waste tanks.

Acceptable drop off dates are Sunday thru Thursday morning. During Covid we need the extra time for proper sanitization for weekend rentals. Acceptable pick up or delivery dates are Monday through Friday. Times are always flexible with notice.
