4.0Dan gets 5 stars - pleasant, great to work with, flexible, and accommodating. Thorough orientation on how things work and gave great tips. Thor 2017 gets 4 stars - easy to drive, even for a first time motorhome driver. Went up hills great and felt safe, despite a crazy rain storm while driving. Kept us warm and dry during rain while camping. Heater works great. The only reason for the 4 stars is the freezer/refrigerator didn't work very well. We bought ice cream for a birthday party on the first evening of our trip and by the next evening when we needed it, it was a milkshake. By the third day the refrigerator was noticably not very cold and by fourth day it didn't seem cold at all. After talking to my extended family, who all have RVs, they said even new RVs don't have great refrigerators or they often have problems, so I guess just know this is an issue and have a backup plan (bring coolers with ice or bring less food and go shopping?). Overall experience was great! Would definitely rent from Dan again

5.0Dan went above and beyond to make our experience great! He was quick to respond to any of my questions and was accommodating to my desired pick-up and drop-off time. The RV was fully stocked with everything we needed and in great condition.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

We will do our best to accommodate your travel plans. Please reach out to us via outdoorsy messages and we confirm or propose alternative pick up and drop off options.

Does The Rental Include An Extra Generator?
A.
We do have an extra generator. It's nice especially if you are camping in remote areas, we recommend taking it as a backup to the main generator. We've never had problems with the main generator - it's mostly a backup plan. 4 free generator hours per day - additional hours are $3/hour Please let us know if you like to include it.

Return Cleaning
A.
Upon your return, we clean and sterilize all the bedding, surfaces, kitchenware, fridge, and bathroom/shower. If the RV returns with heavy use and a lot of cleanups - there will be an add-on to cover the labor of getting the vehicle prepped for the next renter.

RV How To's
A.
We have a travel book and manual for the RV that is very helpful in how to operate all of the features of the RV. It's an easy check-off to make sure operationally the RV is less likely to have something stop working. There are great recommendations on how to drive the vehicle safely and without any incidents.
