A $20 late fee will be charged for every half hour late for pickup/return unless notified at least 2 hours in advance.- Obey the rules of the road (speed limits, stop signs, etc.)
- Must use our provided safety equipment (sway & weight distribution hitch, trailer breaking system)
- Stay on the main road, and do not leave the pavement
- No smoking in the trailer
- No festivals

2.0The RV looks nothing like the pictures. The outside has lots of damage all around. The inside was not clean. Upon arrival the owner had to get dirty towels out of the shower leaving me to believe it wasn’t cleaned from the previous guests. There was also no towels for us to use during our stay. The sheets had obvious dirt all over them. Ants inside the RV. There was no soap or paper towels. The owner was aware they were out of propane when doing the key exchange so we were unable to use the grill which was one of the reasons we rented this unit. The TV remotes had dead batteries. I am sure there are some things we are forgetting but overall was not a great experience.

5.0This was a birthday trip for my girlfriend who, has never gone "Glamping" before. We went to Santa Fe, NM from DFW. There were a couple of issues along the way, I ended up with a flat just outside of Witchita Falls (No big deal, it happens and part of the experience and journey. Lol). I ended up with another flat at the park. I notified the host and went to Discount Tire to drop-off the tires, no sooner did I leave Discount Tire Linda had approved the tire replacement. She was a GREAT host and handled the hole process with ease. I would recommend her and I would rent from her again.
