I clean the RV my self inside and outside, I take my time to go over everything about the RV, to before you leave on you trip. You can call anytime for help, with any small or big problem, their to help you have a good trip. So far have done a good job. I have made every booking trip, they can complain but not about the cleanses of the RV inside and outside. this RV is easy to drive.Do to a customer there’s is no awning at this time.RecomendacionesAny place they want to go, Deliver options if you need a driver price will be charged also.Otros detalles importantesNo smoking inside, Brand new 2022 RV air condition,heating system,queens size bed, 2 part kitchen sink, lot’s of cupboards space, lots of storage space, generator, airports pickup also upon request. 5.0Joy was an absolute pleasure to work with. This was our first time operating an RV. From the very beginning of our trip she was on time to meet us and provided detailed instructions on the operation of the RV. Prior to the trip she was very helpful in letting me know what items we may want to bring in order to make our trip more enjoyable. The RV was immaculate upon receipt and very easy to operate. When we got to the campground we felt like veteran campers. During our trip we did have a question and called Joy, She immediately picked up the phone and provided the answer to our question. She was the quintessential host! No to mention she is so very kind and considerate. I would recommend her rental to anyone who is interested in having a great RV experience.
