5.0I had a trailer booked for months for our family camping trip. Five days before our trip, the person whose trailer we were renting backed out. I was panicking. I found Trenel’s trailer and the dates were available. He answered my text right away and assured me that his camper would be delivered promptly on the day I wanted it. He expressed sympathy about my problem. It is a lovely trailer and met all our needs. It has a practical and spacious layout and very, very clean. He had it set up in no time at all. He gave a thorough demonstration of how things worked and where things were. He also gave me his cell number if I had and problems or questions. I thanked him for his help. He is very professional and very nice. I highly recommend him as a host. We had a great experience throughout. I will try to book him again next year. If I could I’d give him a 10/10 stars ! Very satisfied customer!
