Except for driving through campground, RV is only allowed to travel on well maintained, paved, minimum 2-lane roads. A GPS Tracking device is installed on the RV, if you are looking to travel to a non-approved location, please find another RV to rent. You will forfeit your deposit and could be subject to cleaning & damage fees.**Please note that there is a fee for drop off and the same fee for pick up. Minimum is $50 for the first 20 miles and then $2 per mile for the next 30. If you need us to drop off and pick up, that is a total of $100. This pays for our time for 2 of us to drive it out to you and pick up and the gas on our vehicle besides that of the RV. We can consider further delivery but that is on a case by case basis. **

5.0We had a great time with our first RV experience. Kim and Lewis were very quick and prompt responding to our questions. Lewis gave us a walk through on how to operate the RV and it made things so much easier for first timers like us.

5.0Mr. & Mrs. Unland we’re amazing. Their RV was fully equipped with everything that you could think of you will need. All you really needed to bring was food to cook and clothes and you were set for your adventure. They were very helpful at pick up and when we dropped off the RV. They even gave a surprise gift for my boys. It was popcorn which they love, and some cookies to bake. ❤️ They had movies for the kids and fun card and board games to play. Definitely recommend to rent their RV.

5.0We could not be happier with our experience with Kim's Chateau. Kim and her husband are amazing hosts, they were happy to answer any questions we had before and during our trip. The RV is equipped with everything we needed and they were able to coordinate pick up and delivery with us. We are extremely happy we have found Kim's RV and will only rent out from them going forward.

Kim and Lewis were great, answering all our questions and providing an orientation that really helped us learn the ins and outs of operating the RV. Anytime a question popped up on our two week trip, they were very responsive. They also were kind enough to provide our two little kiddos with a welcome gift, which we really appreciated. The RV itself was in great condition, like new, and worked out perfectly for our family of 4. Highly recommend.
