The master bedroom has a queen bed featuring a very comfortable custom mattress, not the terrible, thin, stock mattress that comes new in all of these campers. It also has lots of storage for clothes. This camper features a nice bathroom with a toilet, sink, and shower. A full kitchen sits in the main room with a large refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave and a two compartment sink. The slide area sports a wonderful brand new power reclining love seat with center console that reclines back almost fully. You might just fall asleep right there! This sits next to a roomy standard kitchen table and chairs (no squeezing into a tight booth!). The main area also features a nice entertainment center with a TV, DVD player, and radio with both indoor and outdoor speakers (great for those rainy days!). Upgrades include tinted windows, a power jack, and heavy duty stabilizer jacks. It's the perfect trailer for a relaxing weekend or even a week long trip to an area lake for the family!***Notes: Delivery IS Required (choose this as an Add-on). I Will Deliver This Trailer TO Most Area Lake Campgrounds AND Perform THE Complete Setup so there's no hassle at all for you! Setup takes around 30 minutes to complete and then I'll spend an additional (approx.) 30 minutes showing you how everything works, answering any and all questions you might have. Just rent your own campsite at an area campground, send me the info, and I'll meet you there. No need to worry about a tow vehicle, tow safety issues, hitches, leveling, dumping tanks, etc. Just show up and have fun! Common destinations in this area include Hillsdale Lake, Pomona Lake, Melvern Lake, Clinton Lake, Perry Lake and many smaller area campgrounds as well.***This IS Absolutely A NON-Smoking Trailer*** If you smoke inside the trailer, you will forfeit cleaning costs of up to $600 out of your deposit.***I DO Have A PET Policy*** Please Talk TO ME IN Advance About ANY Pets YOU Want TO Bring. My main concerns are pet hair, odors, accidents, and furniture damage but we can probably mitigate that for a well-behaved pet!We do provide all bed linens: sheets, blankets, and pillows. We also include a mini-Vac, a broom, a Swiffer Wet mop and pads, and other cleaning supplies such as hand soap and dish soap. Need something else to make your stay amazing? Just ask!
