This is a great little trailer for a couple or small family. Queen size bed in the front and a dinette that folds down for more sleeping area. Easily towable by most SUV's or light trucks. We are pet friendly and can load the trailer with special requests if needed. We are also available to deliver the trailer to the campground of your choice. Come explore beautiful Northern Nevada and Lake Tahoe in style! We also offer a full concierge service. WE MAKE SURE ALL SURFACES ARE CLEAN AND DISHES ARE CLEAN AND PUT AWAY. WE EXPECT THE TRAILER TO BE RETURNED IN SIMILAR FASHION. THE MANDATORY $50 CLEANING FEE IS FOR REGULAR CLEANING AND LAUNDRY. MUD, DIRTY DISHES, RESIDUAL FOOD OR SPILLS IN THE FRIDGE, EXCESSIVE DIRT INSIDE OR IN BEDDING WILL INCURE A $500 CLEANING FEE.

Ryan and his wife were very responsive, communicated well, and offered delivery. They thoughtfully included complimentary shampoo, body wash, cold water, ice, and a thank you note.

The trailer was very clean, in great shape, and comfortably sized for two people. It was well-equipped and stocked with all necessary amenities, including a very comfortable bed.

We use our trailer regularly to enjoy everything this area has to offer. We are excited to share it with you so you can enjoy the beauty of our backyard.
