Bear Necessities is a 23’ travel trailer featuring a queen sized bed, dinette conversion, bunkhouse, fully functional kitchen (refrigerator/microwave/oven), smart TV, bathroom w/shower/tub/toilet, awning, outdoor cooktop/fridge, TV mount and blue tooth speakers for outdoor entertainment. She also comes equipped with solar panels which makes off grid camping a possibility (Generator rental available upon request).
Have pets or kids and need to wash the days adventures off? Bear Necessities also has an outdoor shower!

Camper comfortably sleeps five adults..six can sleep in the camper if the bulk are kids. Dinette sleeping ideal for anyone under 5'7".
Under NO circumstances will smoking be allowed or tolerated (security deposit will be forfeited if smoke is smelt in the camper)!
Vehicle must be able to tow 6,000 Lbs. MINIMUM, and have a 7-pin round electrical connector to utilize Camper break system.
NO off-roading!
Treat her as if she were your own so we can continue to help others with their camping adventures.

How much does your travel trailer weigh?

Our camper is roughly 4,000lbs dry and 5,500 lbs loaded. You’ll need to make sure your car can pull over 5,000 lbs to be able to tow this camper.

Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?

We have a folder with a detailed step by step guide on how to operate the RV :) we are also available via text and phone for any questions.

My name is Megan and my husband and I are the owners of Bear Necessities. We have a love for the outdoors and enjoy taking our dogs and two kids out on adventures. We just recently took our camper out on an epic road trip..all the way from Texas to the Grand Canyon and then up and down the entire west coast of California. It was one for the books! Zach and I consider ourselves National Park nerds and have a goal to visit them all one by one. So far our favorite has been Zion!
