"Taylor the Trailer" is a 28ft spacious bunkhouse with slides on each side for ample space, perfect for adventuring. You will have plenty of room to cook and entertain with a spacious kitchen island in the center that features a double sink and much more counter space than your average trailer. This trailer sleeps 8 comfortably. The master bedroom features an upgraded Queen CertiPUR-US Certified memory foam mattress and upgraded 3” memory foam toppers in both bunks. Enjoy your morning coffee in the plush leather dinette, or relax and watch a movie or show with the complimentary Roku we provide. Full swivel flatscreen provides entertainment for the center living space or the master bedroom. Features a main entry door on one side and a separate door on the opposite side leading to the bathroom. An outdoor kitchen makes for the perfect tailgating feature; as well as the outdoor shower for rinsing off furry friends or kiddos. - Awning must be retracted overnight, in strong winds, or when leaving the campsite unattended
- Do not hang anything off the awning arms
- Do not access roof for any reason
- Do not adjust stabilizer jacks, tongue jack, levelers, or chocks without permission
- Do not adjust water/power/septic connections without permission
- Do not bring slide in without permission
- Open bathroom roof vent and turn on the fan when showering
- Open kitchen roof vent and turn on the fan when cooking inside
- Pull blinds up and down with two hands evenly on the bottom railCleaning - must be complete prior to pickup to avoid cleaning fee:
- Dishes clean and put away
- Wipe counters and table
- Clean any debris out of shower
- Clean around the toilet and toilet bowl
- Take all food out of trailer
- Empty garbage and recycling
- Leave mattress protector sheets on the beds
- If there is any pet or human urine found on any bedding, flooring, or couches there will be an additional fee of $150.00 charged for excessive cleaning
