5.0This is just what we needed for our little camping trip up on the Rim to celebrate our son's 40th birthday. They slept in tents, we slept in the trailer, it was great. Reymundo was an excellent host, very accommodating and kind. Thank you.

5.0Reymundo was an outstanding host from start to finish. At pickup, he took the time to give us a thorough walkthrough of the trailer, explained all the important details, and asked great questions to understand our needs so everything was set up perfectly. The camper itself was spotless and well stocked, from kitchen utensils to bedding (and the pillows were fantastic.) When we arrived, it was ready to go with the generator fueled, beds made, and the trailer pulled up front for easy pickup. Reymundo helped us with setup and explained questions and process with hitch and setup expectations. Paperwork was handled professionally, with clear explanations and plenty of time to review. Reymundo also pointed out existing marks and past damage, which gave us peace of mind and ensured a smooth, stress-free experience. His timeliness and flexibility with both pickup and drop-off were a huge plus. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we will absolutely rent from Reymundo again in the future.
