• empty tanks and clean RV

No smoking inside!
There is a dumping charge for not bringing the tanks back empty.
Please use only RV toilet paper if you run out.
Any extra cleaning or if you return with sewage that needs to be dumped, you will be charged. Please inquire for details on price list for cleaning and charges.
If you fish, please do not gut inside and store in a ziplock baggy to keep the stench down.

• Please do not be afraid to ask for help. Feel free to call me at any time of day with any questions or concerns.
• if you use all the propane in a tank and need more, it is financially your responsibility. I will not drive out to change your tank.
• you will be charged extra if the camper comes back with sewage in the tanks for dumping.
• you will be charged for extra cleaning if it’s needed. (Washing the bedding and light sweeping is acceptable. Dirty dishes, trash, stains, bad odors, or scrubbing will occur charges)
• pets are allowed. Please just notify us so we can clean it for the next renters in case of allergies. You will not be charged for normal vacuuming of pet hair. Enjoy your furry friend!!
• please be mindful of tail swings. Only use trucker fuel islands to fill up at the pumps.
• avoid crowded gas stations.
• use a spotter to back up please
