• watch trailer clearances, above , below and sides while moving unit, you will be responsible for any damage done during tow...
• No smoking or vaping in unit
• when wind gust pick up, close the awning to prevent damages, if trailer is left unattended close (retract) awning until you come back

Great little trailer, great owner. Bunk beds are a bit uncomfortable for an adult, other than that it was awesome.
