Dry weight 6881 Gvwr 9562. Main Dinette/Bed & Living room sofa/pull out bed slide out. 32" flat screen rotating TV serves LR & BR. AM/FM/CD with indoor & outdoor speakers. Kitchen has Gas/Electric frig & freezer, Gas range/oven, double sink w/cover, lots of cabinets. Master Queen bed w/overhead storage, 3 hanging closets, 2 drawer, underbed storage, sliding privacy door. Bunk room has 1 large bunk w/ladder (38" x 73"), 1 fold up bunk (28" x 73"), dinette/bed option w/storage, closet, TV/cable hookup, door for privacy! Bath has toilet, bathtub w/shower, sink w/medicine cabinet & storage in vanity. Outdoor Kitchen has frig, sink, gas grill, cabinets, spice rack. Trailer includes (2) 20 lb propane tanks, lighted storage in front, and the rear bump hooks spare tire & cover, bike rack (for 4 bikes). The trailer has equipped with power hitch jack, electric awning & stabilizing jacks, 4 additional scissor jacks to improve stability. Our standard Pick-Up time is after 1:00pm and Drop-Off time is by noon. Please contact the owner for the availability for an early pick-up and approval for a late drop-off if you need it. Also, we are closed for the whole winter season beginning on December 1 through the end of February. All RVs are winterized during the period. We open all RVs for booking starting on March 1. Thanks!
