What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
I know timing is the toughest part of any trip. Because I work mostly remotely, I have great flexibility and can usually accommodate mid-day or early-morning windows to help you beat the traffic. I’m happy to compromise to find a time that works for your schedule. Just reach out once you book—my goal is to make the handoff and orientation a total breeze so you can get on the road and start your adventure!

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
Don’t worry if you’re new to this—we were in your shoes just a few years ago! I’ll give you a full, hands-on walkthrough during pickup to show you exactly how to connect the electric, water, and sewage lines. I’ll also provide a simple "cheat sheet" to keep in the trailer. Whether you're at a full-hookup site or going off-grid, I’ll make sure you feel 100% confident with all the systems before you head out on your adventure!

Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
The Ibex is full of "smart" shortcuts! The built-in central vacuum makes clearing mountain dirt a 30-second job, and the rear "access door" lets you load bikes or large gear directly into the bunk area. I’ll also show you how the solar monitor works so you can track your power while off-grid. I’m happy to share all these "pro-tips" during our walkthrough so you can spend less time managing the rig and more time enjoying your trip!
