Communication
Communication was great from start to finish, with owners being super responsive and helpful throughout the rental experience.
Vehicle Condition
The RV was generally in fabulous shape and great condition. However, functional issues like a broken door handle or an unsecured fridge were noted as critical for future rentals.

4.0Nice little camper for our family of 4. AC blows nice and cold and the propane firepit was nice to use. The camper was pretty clean upon pickup, however several dishes, utensils, and pots/pans were pretty dirty. Unfortunately, this is pretty common with Outdoorsy rentals in my experience. The main door handle was not working properly upon pickup and the owner was trying their best to fix it before leaving. I got it to work slightly better, but it was still very difficult to open and I was the only one in our group that could open the door from the outside. The refrigerator kept things nice and cold, but it appears it is a replacement and not a direct fit for the camper. There are only three screws holding the bottom of the fridge in the enclosure and nothing securing the top of the fridge in. The owner was good with communication and flexible with pickup/drop off times. I would rent again if the fridge and door handle were addressed.

5.0Communication was great from start to finish. RV was in fabulous shape. My girls loved that it was stocked with a bunch of little kids DVDs, which came in handy during a rain storm. I use the outdoor griddle for every meal, so fun. Will rent again.

5.0Abi’s camper was perfect for the four of us and our dog. The communication was great and the walkthrough/orientation really put our minds at ease since it was our first time having water tanks to worry about. On top the in-person orientation, Abi had a handy user manual that covered just about everything on the camper which she was able to email to us. A+++, Would recommend!!!
