First of all, thank you, Ryan and Ashley, for answering every question and concern quickly and completely. From the size of the microwave, to what should we bring (bring everything that is important to you, we used most of it), we felt well informed and prepared. The storage under the unit was fabulous, what we didn’t need, we stuffed in there which gave us more room in the trailer and my vehicle. Let folks know there is an actual closet, bring hangers, and we tried to use the speaker system (it actually allowed us to connect to it) but we couldn’t get it to work, the only thing that didn’t work in the trailer. We used other devices, so it was fine. Drop off was perfect timing, we got there just minutes after you arrived, and leaving the keys in the trailer worked well for us. Thanks again, we will definitely reserve with you if we decide to get a trailer again.
