Katherine is easy to work with, responsive to questions, and very accommodating to needs and schedules. She drove almost 2 hours to deliver a missing item.

5.0Katherine’s trailer is a great value in a perfect location! We were spending the weekend in the sawtooth mountains and realized it would make much more sense to drive to Gooding, and then pick up the trailer, than drag it with us all the way from Salt Lake. Also, we were blown away, when we discovered a missing item, and Katherine drove almost 2 hours each way just to bring it to us. I have never experienced customer service like that before an outdoorsy.
