4.0Rv was set up and ready for us to use. We did get a chance to talk to daniel in person to walk through but if questions he was available through app and then text. RV was quite dusty and needed a good clean, blinds broken and back door was about to fall off of sliding hinges. The keys left with RV were not the correct keys to lock up which was a bit Unnerving. Overall we had a good trip
