Do you want to go camping, fishing or to an event and have everything you need to have a comfortable stay in one place? Then look no further! This travel trailer is the perfect size for a small family and will have everything you need! It can be easily towed by a mid-size truck or SUV as long as the vehicle has a towing capacity of 5000 lbs or more. The trailer has a queen mattress, bunk beds that can fit adults and the dining table converts to an extra bed if needed. Cooking is also easy and you won't have to bring your own kitchen wares it will be included with the trailer. New bed sheets will be provided along with pillows and comforters or you can bring your own. Going to an event or tailgate? No problem! The dining table is removable and lawn chairs (4 chairs) are available inside a storage compartment, if you need an additional table for outside use one can be provided if requested. While I'm a pet lover myself please cleanup after your pets if you bring any. Definitely no smoking inside please! It will result with forfeiting your deposit. If you are towing with a jeep or bronco or something similar, please have an extension for the hitch.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

Anytime! As long as you book the trailer a day or two before the booking date and let me know of the details for pick up. Same thing for dropping it off, about three hours of notifying me before the drop off time would be appreciated.

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?

Weather it's your first time or not using a travel trailer, I will teach you how to use and connect everything!

Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?

Everything is pretty simple once it's hooked up to your site. If it's your first time towing a big trailer, I would suggest watching videos on how to and take notes! It would be a good skill to have in the future!
