Comes with Brand NEW Queen size mattress in the front. This bedroom
includes blackout window coverings & a privacy curtain which provides privacy from the rest of the RV. It is next to the bathroom with a sliding door attaching it to the bedroom. The bathroom is in the middle layout & has a toilet, small sink and stand up shower.
The 2nd bathroom door is on the other side & opens into the kitchen. The back part of the RV includes the kitchen & living area. The kitchen table with bench seats is where the only slideout is. This also turns into a bed for 2 people. The leather couch located at the very back lays down into the 3rd & final bed for 2 people. All windows have
blackout blinds. AC is built in & can be turned on easily above on the ceiling. The furnace runs on propane for the heat. There are 2 full 20lb propane bottles provided. The RV does come with a working awning for the shade which is attached to the exterior of the RV & is push button friendly. The RV will come provided with the base standard equipment that came with it when purchased for setup/rig out & towing of the RV.
This includes a 2 5/16" full ball hitch with pin & sway bars for easy towing of the RV. The 4 tires are Brand NEW as of May 2025.
I also offer a gas generator for an Add-on fee which includes unlimited use & full fuel tank in price. Not required to refuel. Qué incluye• Multiple sheet sets, pillowcases & 4 BRAND NEW pillows

5.0Excellent host! The trailer was well-equipped with all of our needs for our 7-day stay. She provided fresh linen, towels, kitchen supplies, and the trailer was very roomy. The trailer was very clean and fresh. She provided all cleaning supplies.
