The 2021 Forest River Salem FSX 179DBK is a lightweight, compact travel trailer designed for families and small groups seeking adventure without sacrificing comfort. Runs on a 30-amp system. Comes with all hook ups needing to camp and linens. Full bathroom with tankless hot water heater so never run out of hot water when hooked up to a water source. Queen bed that will fold up into a couch in the front. Double over double bunk beds in the rear. Dinette will also fold into a bed. Full refrigerator with stove and microwave. Automatic outdoor awning. Automatic leveling to make set up easy as well. Please ask any questions we are also open to delivery and pick up to the site of your choice within a certain distance.

I brooke the gas burner top glass, a part that is easy to replace and cost 85+ shp and tx.
I offered the owner to pay for it, no problem.
To change the part, I told him, there were 4 screws to deal with, he told me he would look on You tube...
A few days later I received an email from Outdoorsy that the cost is $410.

However, as the owner, I have to ensure that repairs are done safely and correctly, especially when it involves gas appliances in a rental unit. What might look like a straightforward fix can carry liability risks if not handled professionally.
The $410 quote wasn’t just for the part—it included the labor, professional handling, and ensuring everything is safe and up to standard. I agree that it’s not cheap, and I didn’t expect you to cover the full amount without question. I just wanted to go through the proper channels to handle it responsibly.
I didn't respond to your $150 offer right away because I was waiting for clarification from Outdoorsy, who ultimately stepped in and offered a resolution. I’m glad they were helpful and that you were satisfied with their support—that’s important to me too.
