Off-Road Camper Rental Rules & Responsibilities 1. Return Condition: Camper must be returned in the same condition it was rented—clean, undamaged, and with all original gear and contents. Fees may apply for damage, missing items, or excessive cleaning. 2. Towing Requirements: Renters must have a properly rated vehicle equipped with a hitch receiver and functioning trailer brake controller. All safety connections (chains, lights, and brakes) must be used as required by law. 3. System Use & Responsibility: Renters are responsible for educating themselves on the proper use of the camper's features, including the water system, solar charging system, and awning. 4. Water Tank: The water tank is provided empty. Renters may fill it as needed but must empty and drain it before returning the camper to avoid additional fees. 5. Tires & Recovery: An off-road tire plug/patch kit is included; no spare is provided. Renters are responsible for tire repairs and any recovery costs due to off-road use or poor route planning. Choose trails wisely. 6. Pets & Smoking: Pets are welcome with a pet fee and must not cause damage. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the camper or tent. 7. Trail Use: This camper is off-road capable but not indestructible. Renters are responsible for safe operation and avoiding terrain that exceeds the camper's or tow vehicle’s limits.
