David and Ben are known for excellent communication, prompt responses to questions, and providing superior delivery and setup service at the site. They educate renters on features, though one booking was canceled by the host.

5.0We really enjoyed our stay in David & Ben's trailer that they set up for us at Fort Pickens Campground. The trailer was in great shape, very clean, and came stocked with a bunch of extras that made the trip even more enjoyable (chairs, tiny outdoor grill, bug spray, paper goods, etc ...). Ben took time to educate us on everything we needed to know about the trailer's features. They were about 90 minutes later than expected in setting the trailer up for us because of a conflict with setting up a trailer for another customer, but they communicated well about the delay. We would use them again if we ever do a repeat trip to Fort Pickens.

5.0We had a great experience renting a camper. It was our first time and our host David was so kind and accommodating. They had everything we could possibly need, and even dropped off the camper and had the ac blasting by the time we got there. Very grateful for such a wonderful stay!
