Everything went very smoothly. Gord was great to deal with. Will definitely rent this trailer again. It had everything we needed. Can't wait till next year!!!

We took an RV from Gord in northern Ontario for 10 days. His advise and instructions for a first time user were very helpful. This rv had more than enough room for a family of four. Kids enjoyed the comfort,air conditioning and convenience without feeling the heat and effects of imposed restrictions in the provincial parks. See you next year !

Gord and his wife are awesome. Had minor problem with the pull out and found was just a fuse. Extra fuses were available was told where fuse box was...bam!!! Up and running again. Trailer has everything you need to make your trip worry free.

The reason for the poor review, this character gave me bad feedback because I launched a complaint on his bad billing practice. The top cabinet wasn't secured so when we opened the trailer upon arrival all the dishes were broken all over the floor. We sent a picture to the owner and all was fine until the deposit was held back. When the trailer was dropped off we went through it and all was fine. There was no mention of anything wrong with the condition it was delivered. There was no paper work that was signed off on. The next morning $360 of my deposit was held for cleaning. We were charged $50 for the dishes that he didnt secure. When we questioned this there was no response for 4 days so we got outdoorsy involved. Really Not sure how he received 5 star rating. Renter beware.
