Provided thorough, supportive guidance
Andrew was praised for being easy to contact, quick to reply, and offering detailed instructions and a thorough run-through. He was accommodating with schedules, resolved issues like ant problems, and even facilitated a trailer substitution without extra cost, making guests feel well-supported.
Clean, well-equipped, and towed well
The trailer was consistently described as exceptionally clean and in great shape. Guests appreciated its roomy layout, comfortable queen bed, ample storage, and being well-stocked with essentials including a propane fridge and solar batteries. It was also noted to tow smoothly.

5.0Overall, a perfect 10 out of 10! Our host, Andrew, was extremely helpful with the towing training and with reviewing and explaining all the trailer specifics. The trailer itself was excellent, with all the necessary essentials and in perfect condition! Looking forward to trying it out again in the spring!

5.0We rented an 18’ trailer from Castaway North RV Trailer Rentals for a recent Fall camping trip and the entire experience was positive. Andrew was easy to contact and quick to reply to any questions we had beforehand. Upon picking up the trailer, he gave us an easy-to-follow and thorough run-through of it. The trailer had everything we were looking for… it was roomy, super clean, had tons of storage and the Queen size bed was really comfortable and made for good sleeping. We would definitely recommend Castaway North Trailer Rentals and hope to make renting from Castaway North an annual event.
