*Propane tank - please refill before returning trailer (if not full upon return will be a $15 charge from deposit)
*Make sure fridge and freezer are locked so items don’t fall out on the journey back
*Please make sure all dishes are clean and properly put away.

*Remove all food from both fridges, freezer, and pantry once back.Rules:
ONLY use provided toilet paper for toilet use. DO NOT put any wipes, feminine products, quilted/thick/ doubly-ply toilet paper down the toilet. This will cause damages to the drainage systems and require costly repairs charged to the renter.
