No matter the weather it is fully insulated. it keeps cool in the summer and nice and warm in the winter. it comes with a queen size bed in the main sleeping quarters along with 2 full size bunkbeds that can fit 2 adults each, a dinette and couch that turn to full size beds. it has a 3 burner gas stove, microwave and even a stove. it has a 32" tv with aux /bluetooth connections to watch a late night movie with the family. Board and card games included for family fun. we include a 6ft folding table,2 lawn chairs, plates, cups and silverware included.
