- No smoking - Smoking with result in a $300 fee that will be kept from the damage deposit.
- Holding tanks must be dumped prior to returning the unit, failure to do so will result in a $100 dumping fee.
- The unit must be cleaned inside and out to same level of cleanliness as it was when picked up (we will disinfect the unit between rentals). Failure to do so will result in a $120.00 cleaning fee.
