Professional service, deposit controversies
Many guests experienced excellent communication, accommodating hosts, and helpful setup/explanation. One guest accused the owner of unfairly retaining a $500 deposit for minor issues.

Guests found the trailer spacious, comfortable (sleeping 8), and well-stocked with amenities. Most reported it as very clean, though one guest stated it was dirty upon arrival with personal items and stains.

1.0We used the trailer only to sleep. My 4 year old was told not to use the bathroom and used it one time in the night while we were sleeping. For this, the owner took our $500 deposit and claimed this as damage. It’s clear the owner was looking for excuses to keep our deposit. They also said we left rocks all over the floor which was not true. We were left with a dirty trailer. Past guests used dirty bathing suit on the bunk bed. Dishes and personal items all over. Stains on mattress covers. We never thought to make an issue of this and just put our sheets over top. This definitely feels like a scam.

5.0Really great experience throughout two days, thanks to Murray and his wife, the overall RV lifestyle are very well thoughtful, almost every little situation has been prepared and ready to use. My family couldn't be more happier for this trip. Will recommend this to other friends and colleagues.
