Security Deposit will be used as an insurance deductible if you have an accident including and not limited to additional charges such as cleaning fees, interior and exterior damages under the security deposit collected, dump fees, pet fees, excess milages, fuel,ect. If driving or towing an RV the renter is responsible for dumping both black and grey holding tanks before returning RV. Failure to do so will result into a $89.00 dumping fee (unless you paid a dumping fee in advance) Full tank of gas when you pick up RV. Renter is responsible for returning RV with a full tank of gas. Failure to do so will result in a additional $25.00 fee plus $10.00 for every gallon needed to refill the tank. Absolutley no climbing on RV roof. This is a drug free RV absolutely no drugs, marijuana or smoking of any kind is allowed inside the RV (that includes no rolling, handling, storing marijuana inside the RV). Failure to do so will result into a deep cleaning fee taken from your deposit or lost of your entire deposit. RV is sanitized and cleaned before rental, please make sure to return the RV clean. If during the return inspection it is determined RV was not cleaned a cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit. If you do not return the RV at the agreed contract scheduled time the late hourly fee is $50.00 an hour. Only approved drivers may drive the RV. If you purchased insurance it is only a secondary form of insurance. Any claims must go through your vehicle personal policy first. If your personal vehicle insurance does not cover the RV rental, your secondary form of insurance will take place and security deposit will be used as deductible. If you rent a motorhome (Class A or C) you are responsible for the tires if any damages should occur. RV's are not the same as regular vehicles. Motorhomes are heavy, you will need time and space to stop a large motorhome. Never go over 55 miles per an hour in a highway.
