5.0This was our first experience using Outdoorsy and it could not have gone better thanks to Andy and his guidance. Coordinating delivery and pickup was incredibly smooth and Andy was very responsive whenever any questions arose.

4.0Andy was great, very communicative. He delivered it and set it all up for us, it was great! Camper was exactly as described and looked the same as in the photos so I was very happy with that. The only negative thing was that the hot water heater went out and he did not have time to fix it prior to our rental so we had to take cold showers. Everything else was good!

5.0Working with Andy was so easy. We had to make some changes to our camping trip and had an issue arise, but Andy was able to accommodate us and fix the issue. I would recommend him to anyone I know and look forward to renting from him again. The camper is in perfect condition and very clean. Above everything good I could say about the camper, the communication with Andy was what stood out the most to me.

5.0Our host was awesome throughout our stay. He was especially great accommodating us on short notice. We camped with our grandkids for the first time and just about everything we could have forgotten to pack was already stocked in the camper. There was even a jar of complimentary mints on the kitchen counter and the beds were comfy for us and the kids.
