A spacious interior layout with sleeping accommodations for up to 10 people, king-size bed with overhead storage, convertible dinette, sofa bed, overhead drop-down bunk, dual bunks, and also a dual a/c. A sway bar added to the suspension that reduces side-to-side body roll, improving handling and stability. Stabilizers that keeps you centered so that you don't have to work as hard to steer.No smoking allowed in this motorhome, ( evidence of any smoke odor, security deposit will be forfeited ). No off road and going to roof (maintenance only). We do not allow towing vehicles and out of country travel. Awning breaks easily and to avoid interrupting other guests trip, we do not allow the use of it. At the end of your trip, please return in the same condition as it was received, $300 cleaning fee will charged through security deposit if returned excessively dirty, black and grey tanks both dumped, $100 charge if not emptied.We provide linens, pillows, towels, kitchen utensils, cookware, silverware, camping chairs . Please only use provided cleaners and toilet papers. Propane will also be included and doesn’t need to be refilled. Ask for bundle discount if renting 2 or more units from us.Pick up time: 9am pst
