Good communication, strict policies
John provides helpful training videos and maintains constant communication. However, guests faced issues with lack of emergency tool instructions and strict rules on dirt roads and cleaning, which sometimes led to frustration over perceived dismissive customer support and potential deposit loss.
Drives well, good gas mileage
The van generally drives well and gets good gas mileage with ice-cold AC. It comes well-supplied and clean. However, some experienced an uncomfortable bed, old linens, small cooking equipment, cooler lid issues, and one instance of significant alignment problems.

3.0The host was generally responsive; however, we had a huge issue with a tire that the entire seam came off and roadside assistance was not able to help us. There were no instructions left as to where the tools were and we spent nearly an entire day figuring out changing the tire. The bed was also extremely uncomfortable. We have spent a lot of time living and traveling in vans, and this bed was one of the worst. They do not have proper cushions / mattress for the bed so the thin mat was rough to sleep on. The sheets and towels seemed pretty old. For how much we paid for the 6 nights, we were disappointed. On the positive side, the car got good gas mileage and drove well.

5.0My boyfriend and I had the BEST trip in the "FOXYVAN". We had never been to Vegas before, and took the van around to explore Nevada and Utah. Everything we needed was in the van, and it was extremely clean. The training videos were super detailed and helpful. I can't recommend this enough!! If we ever come back out this way we will definitely be using this again. Thank you John & Team!! :)

What are pickup and drop off times?

Pickup is strictly 3pm or later. Drop off is 11am or earlier. Please add the early pickup/dropoff option to add up to 4 hours to your pickup and/or dropoff time. Anything more requires an extra night's rental.

How do I learn how everything works?
A.
I provide a thorough video tour of the van and explain how absolutely everything works and where everything is located prior to your pickup. You are required to watch the videos prior to pickup so that you can quickly begin your trip. This also helps with social distancing. You will not be given the keys unless you have completed watching all training videos.

What's the difference between your vans?

All of the vans are exactly the same except for color, curtains, mileage, and year. It’s up to your preference!
