3.0This was our 1st time renting a camper van so was a learning experience. Unfortunately the host did not fill up the water tank. After filling up the water tank at the campground, we could not get the water pump to work so no hot or cold water except the water we brought and available at the campground. The host agreed to refund us a night’s rent and water fee which we felt was reasonable.

5.0Fabio was a wonderful host! He was quick to respond with easy to follow videos when we were unsure about how to use the shower. He explained everything very clearly and we had a wonderful trip exploring Bryce Canyon & Zion National Park. The van had so much storage space so we always had enough room, even my parter who is 6 feet tall had no issues standing up or sleeping in the van. The fridge/microwave was amazing to have, as we made most of our meals in the van during our travels. The toilet was easy to use and the shower had hot water which was amazing after a long hike! We will definitely be renting from Fabio again, he ensures a seamless experience even for first time campers!

5.0Fabio was incredible to work with. Responded right away when we had questions. We had trouble getting the water pump to work one night and Fabio was quick to respond with an immediate solution suggestion which worked right away. The van could not have been more perfect for an Utah Mighty 5 road trip. Queen bed was very comfortable, shower, toilet and AC were extremely convenient to have. Tons of storage space for clothes, food and luggage. Portable stove and pots and pans made it easy to cook meals. Only thing to note is that, the van may be a bit tight if you are 6 feet tall or above but certainly could make it work. Highly recommend this van, along with any future vans made by Spirit Campervans hosted by Fabio. Looking forward to our next adventure!
