5We would absolutely and without reservation recommend Domingo and rent from him again. He and the Taco exceeded our highest expectations during our week long trip in the backcountry of Death Valley. We drove nearly 1,000 miles over roads of all conditions and even in snow. Domingo is very responsive, thoughtful, flexible, and accommodating. He changed his vacation plans (Thank you!) to meet us on Christmas Day and took time to do a thorough walk-through of the Taco, its features, how to use everything, and what to look out for, etc. In case you forget anything, it's ALL in the binder he provides that is complete with pertinent information/FAQs, user manuals, and his own step-by-step instructions with pictures for key equipment like the rooftop tent and heater. This is above and beyond. You can tell he cares about his vehicles, takes maintenance seriously, and sends you out well-equipped - more on this later. The Taco is highly capable, well-maintained, and thoughtfully outfitted - including brand new, high-quality, off roading tires. You can tell Domingo is an experienced outdoorsman based on his selections - everything is chosen for functionality and durability. The rooftop tent was very comfortable for our family of three. The fridge/freezer worked perfectly. The 270 awning is an amazing addition, and with the added-on side walls *chef's kiss*. Excellent solar panel setup. The remote-controlled (via a provided phone) light bars are SO nice to have, especially for midnight ...eh... excursions. The small equipment (air compressor, battery packs, bluetooth speaker, headlamps, lanterns, stove, etc) are tried-and-true, and perform well. The Taco also got many compliments from other adventurers who admired its setup. We had no major gear, vehicle, or equipment failures. On that note, we caravanned with a friend who rented elsewhere and had the exact opposite experience with a total flair pony disaster rental - scant instructions, near bald street tires, and haphazardly assembled extras that kept popping off - culminating in lots of debris pickup and two tire blowouts in the remote backcountry. It terrifies me to think what could have happened had my friend gone solo. This was my first time renting from Outdoorsy. As a renter, I implicitly trust my host to send me out in an off-road worthy vehicle that will safely convey my loved ones and me through our adventures while also making sure we have solid backups for major systems should we run into trouble. Domingo, clearly, understands the seriousness of that trust and does not take it lightly. Friends, choose your host wisely. Domingo, see you next time! We may need both the Taco and the Tundra. ;-)

5Domingo is incredibly nice, accommodating and responsive. We took the truck out to valley of fire and Zion and it performed well from trails to camping.

5This tacoma was pretty well set up. Thoughtful selection of gear and modifications really gave me confidence to go pretty much anywhere, (any time of day as well, the aux lighting was fantastic). I did find some of the electronics inoperable, and the host was apologetic and vowed to get that corrected right away, and offer a bit of a discount for the next trip which I think is indicative of a great host. I'll be back in a few months to rent his larger truck!

5Fantastic truck for exploring some of the amazing places around Vegas. Loved the diesel heater option for the cold desert nights. Domingo was great with communication and was super helpful meeting me at the Vegas car rental center right when I arrived! I would 100% rent this rig again.

5Domingo was very helpful and friendly. This was my first time with an overlanding style vehicle, after a bit of a learning curve I could be set up to relax, cook, and sleep 5 minutes after parking. Great for using BLM land to see the area. The off-road ability felt a little overkill for the highway driving we were doing but was nice piece of mind when pulling off the road to camp alone in the middle of nowhere. Did not need to babysit the solar system, it ran the fridge 24hrs a day no problem (including in death valley in July) and we spent zero time parked with lid up during day. We were getting about 240 miles per tank of gas, somewhere around 14 mpg.

5Very well equipped truck, the binder Domingo provides is very helpful with simple instructions and pictures showing each step for equipment use. Domingo was great to work with, very responsive and detailed with all communications. We arrived via Las Vegas airport, and he was very helpful in arranging an easy and convenient pick up/drop off point. Will definitely be looking him up again for future trips to the area.
