Awning breaks easily and to avoid interrupting other guests trip, we do not allow the use of it. At the end of your trip, please return in the same condition as it was received, $300 cleaning fee will charged through security deposit if returned excessively dirty, black and grey tanks both dumped, $100 charge if not emptied.We provide linens, pillows, towels, kitchen utensils, cookware, silverware, camping chairs .
