Ramona was great to work with. Before our trip she was quick to respond to any questions we had. RV is in great shape and is a perfect size and configuration for a small group. Would not hesitate to rent from her again.

The dining table broke when I got back from the host before we even left for our trip. It had been repaired three times prior, and still we were without it for the trip. None of the USB plugs in the driver/passenger area worked. There was only a radio for the front...no way to plug in a phone for navigation assistance. The city water connection hose was broken and I got soaked hooking that up. I paid the $70 for the host to empty the tanks...I didn't want to chance it with another broken hose. The hot water "that has never run out" according to the host only lasted six minutes. The TV remote couldn't be found, so that was not available to use either. Ergonomically there are several issues with the camper that were not the fault of the host. The lack of plugs in the main sleeping area, the cramped spaces in moving from driving to camping, the cabinets that I hit my head on way too many times...you get the idea. The host was gracious about all of this, but I probably will not rent this brand/model of RV in the future. On the plus side, the vehicle drove well.

The motorhome is so easy to drive. We took it almost 5000 miles in 12 days and had no issues. Ramona is great and very easy to work with! will rent again for sure.

We took off for ncaa basketball week with my eldest so playing in conference tournament followed by March madness location announced e route on Sunday night. Everything was perfect as we drove from DC to Greenville, sc via VA coast. Memories were were plentiful as we were self contained all the way. I would do it again in a heartbeat as the pre trip explanation with book was very detailed.
