Jonny communicates quickly and promptly fixed battery, inverter, and shower head issues. However, a guest reported insufficient detail on electrical needs (30 Amps, extension cord), causing an AC issue. Also, a delivery fee was double-charged.

5.0We had a wonderful experience renting from Jonny. Communication was great, and he was able to answer all my questions quickly. The kiddos loved the bunk bed set up and we had a blast camping in this trailer! Highly recommend, we will definitely rent this one again!

1.0Before the trip I messaged the host and asked about the electricity. Owner replied he had an adapter if we needed it. He should have explained in more detail about needing 30 Amps, a heavy duty extension cord etc.. It blew a fuse, damaged an outlet and an electrician will need to come and fix something in my brothers fuse box. I am not blaming the owner for my brothers electrical set up. I just wish he would have explained better when I asked. We did not use the camper at all because we could not run the air conditioner. I paid $150.00 delivery fee at the time of booking. When it was delivered he charged my brother $100.00. My brother was unaware it was already paid. I will say the camper was nice.
