RV 50: 2022 Dutchmen Aspen Trail 21RD

1. The RV is to be returned by 3PM on the last day of the reservation. Customers who are not able to return by 3PM MUST inform Ace RV Rentals prior to the 3PM deadline. Any late returns between 3 p.m. and 11 p.m. will incur a $150.00 late fee. Returns after 11PM on the last day of your rental are strictly prohibited and will incur a charge of an extra day plus insurance, plus the additional late fees outlined in the contract. 2. If the Wheelbase (third party) secondary insurance option has been selected, a deductible of 2% of the value of the RV applies, with a minimum of $500.00 and a maximum of $1,500.00. Please see associate for specific value of the applicable rental unit. Any and all damages MUST be reported to Ace RV Rentals within 24 hours, or will incur a $500 penalty for withholding information. 3. No smoking or vaping of any kind inside the RV. 4. No climbing on the roof of the RV. 5. Please lightly sweep the unit prior to return, and remove all trash and personal belongings. Failure to do so may result in an additional cleaning fee of $149 per hour.
