Spring Sale - 2022 Thor Chateau Class C

Great little RV for our annual trip but many pros and cons. Easy to drive and having the backup camera is great. Karina was super responsive to help with some battery issues we had. The main con was this RV could definitely use a deep clean and refresh. Vinyl is peeling (owner said it will be replaced soon) usb port in the table wasn’t connected, dining table was comically wobbly. Lastly, I wish it was cleaned a little better. soap residue in the shower and small ants were found in one of the cabinets. Nothing a couple Clorox wipes didn’t fix, but that should have been taken care of with the prepaid cleaning fee.

Well, you don’t expect anything “the best”. Simply everything was fine and nothing disturbed us. :-)

Excellent communication with Karina. Support available 24/7. RV interior was more used and worn than expected. Eg the peeling laminate on table surface and kitchen counter. For future transparency, the listing could include more detailed photos of the interior damage. The usb port in the dinette table did not work. The sensors for the grey and black water did not function. Overall it was clean and drove well, no mechanical issues. It accommodated my family of 4 adults. Parking in lots and campsites was not difficult. In the end I probably wouldn’t rent this specific RV but I would definitely rent from Karina again.

We had a fabulous 2 week vacation in this RV. Our dog loved it too! The biggest complaint on this app is a lack of communication with the RV owners. That wasn’t a problem with Karina. She was available for questions 24/7. Her customer service was well beyond any service we’ve used and we are in the hospitality business. Her prices are very reasonable and the cost for extra mileage and generator use are less than most of the other ones. We will be renting this RV again. I hear the campground in the Keys is a good spot. Thank you Karina for a wonderful experience.
