Towing requirements : Frame hitch (for weight distribution hitch and anti-sway hook-up) with 2-inch receiver, 7 pin connector and a trailer brake controller in your tow vehicle. The unit is 6,243 pounds dry weight, easily towed by most full sized SUV's and Pick-Up trucks. The hitch is included in the rental! Don't have a vehicle that will tow??......We've got you taken care of!!! We will deliver and set up the camper within 30 miles of Greensboro for a nominal fee.

Features: An electric power jack and awning make setup quick and easy! The unit has traditional water/sewer and 30 amp power hook ups as well as an exterior cable hook up. The unit has a 32-inch flat screen TV for those rainy days, along with bluetooth compatible radio/CD player with inside and outside speakers. TV can be mounted outside. Unit has Central AC/Heat, electric fireplace with lighting features, hot water heater, stand up shower, refrigerator/freezer, full sink, microwave, 3 burner cook top, and oven. There is also an outdoor kitchen with refrigerator and ice maker.

Sleeping: Unit has a Bedroom up front with a queen bed, privacy doors, u shaped dinette that converts into a bed (double), 2 full-size bunk beds, and a small loveseat sofabed (best for kiddos). This unit can accommodate up to 9 (but will more comfortably sleep 7 if adults). There is also plenty of floor space for a small air mattress.

The price also includes power, water, and sewer connections, bed linens, towels, cookware, dishes, utensils, coffee maker, and outside rug. All you need to bring are clothes, food, and toiletries! _____________________________________
