4.0Went well. Couple issues. The arm rest on seats metal poking through rips. Taped up. Passenger window closer bracket came off upon opening, put back on best i could. Same with bedroom window on rear side. Fog lights did not work. Outside Water-hose was missing rubber washer so leaked. Otherwise good experience.

5.0They were great people to deal with and the RV we rented was clean, in great overall shape and everything worked as it should. We will definitely rent from them again in the future!
