Chase and Stephanie were great when I picked up the camper. Everything was super clean and ready to go when I arrived. They helped me hook up the camper and went over everything I needed to know regarding the operation of the camper. Chase and Stephanie even added the following special touch - a gift basket for our family and a special gift for our 6 month old granddaughter who I had told them was going on the trip with us!! Extremely thoughtful!! Had an awesome weekend in this camper - will definitely rent from Chase again in the future!

This was my first time renting, and everything could not have gone better! Chase made it super easy to understand, and my kids really appreciated complementary snacks. We will definitely be utilizing this camper again!

We had a wonderful trip to Canada. The trailer was great and our Honda Ridgeline towed it well. The gas mileage obviously wasn't great, but that was expected.
Our two young children (4.5 and 8) had fun sleeping in the bunk, and we had a good sleep on the comfortable queen-sized Murphy bed.
Everything worked well, we had no issues, and the trailer was very nicely decorated as well. It felt quite homey.
All in all it was a great week for our family.

We had such a great time on our camping trip thanks to Chase’s family and this amazing camper! There was plenty of space for the three of us and our two dogs. And the camper was equipped with everything we needed. Will definitely be renting from them again!

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
We offer flexibility. Normal pick-up time is 5 pm & we can offer a grace period of 3 pm. Return time is 11 am & offer a grace period until 1 pm. Any requests before 3 pm will be charged 1/2 nightly rental. A return after 1 pm will also be charged 1/2 nightly rental. Being in possession of our camper & insurance purposes requires us to handle these requests in this manner.
