By Signing Below I affirm that I AGree to the following Rules: 1. No smoking in or near vehicles or tents. 2. Any accidents, damages, or issues with equipment must be reported to us immediately. 3. Off road activity is prohibited. Towing/recovery of vehicle from off-road areas, due to driver error or mechanical failure, is entirely the customer's responsibility. Mauna Kea Access Road above the Visitors Center, Green Sands Beach, and Waipio Valley Road are off-limits for our vehicles. Violation of this rule will result in a $2000.00 fine and you will be responsible for the cost of related repairs. 4. Customers must clean all cookware and utensils. 5. Vehicle must be returned with a full tank of gas. 6. Pets are not allowed in vehicles or tents 7. We do our best to accommodate pickup and drop off time requests. Requests are not guaranteed. We are usually able to make it within a 3 hour window. Please make arrangements with us after your booking. 8. By making this reservation you certify that you and all people in your party are not subject to any quarantine. 9. Lost Key Charge: $400 or actual cost of replacement, whichever is higher. 10.) If the vehicle is brought back with excess dirt or sand, a $250 charge may be applied at our discretion
