The fresh water tank holds 50 gallons, the gray water tank has a capacity of 44 gallons, and the black water tank can hold up to 25 gallons. The motorhome is equipped with a 20.8-gallon propane tank (88 pounds), an 80-gallon gasoline fuel tank, and a 6-gallon gas/electric water heater.This motorhome is ideal for family road trips, offering ample space and amenities to create lasting memories with your loved ones. It’s also perfect for couples seeking a romantic escape or for small groups of friends eager to explore new destinations together. After booking, you will be required to complete the pre-rental forms and will receive an email to complete the pre-check-in. These are necessary to finalize your rental and provide us with information about your trip and preferences for how the RV should be prepared.The unit is subject to a supplemental rental agreement viewable at RentFlex360. By default, the RV comes empty, except for fuel and propane. After reserving, you can choose which complementary and paid add-on items you would like included in your reservation. While we make every effort to ensure all items are functioning, we cannot guarantee their availability, particularly during busy seasons when repair time may be limited. If any items are unavailable but the unit is still usable, this will be disclosed in the pre-rental forms, which must be completed within 24 hours prior to the start of your reservation. You will have the option to accept the RV in its current condition or refuse it under the terms of the rental agreement. Until further notice, the dash AC does not cool and the generator will not turn on (meaning it also cannot power the roof AC); if renting during ther summer, the interior will likely be hot unless you are plugged into a power source.**Seats are being re-upholstered due to wear and tear so they will look different than the photos**
