2021 Grand Design Reflection

My wife and I had never camped in an RV before booking through Outdoorsy, and honestly, we were a little nervous. Ray made the anxiety disappear from the moment we reached out. He was responsive, patient with all of our questions and really went above and beyond — he personally delivered the RV to Jekyll Island and set everything up for us on-site. Arriving to find the RV already parked, leveled, and ready to go was an absolute game-changer for first-timers like us. Ray walked us through every system before he left — we felt completely at home and totally prepared. The RV itself was spotless and in perfect working condition. Ray clearly takes tremendous pride in his RV, and it showed in every single detail. If you're on the fence about trying RV travel for the first time, let Ray and Outdoorsy be your starting point. Couldn't recommend more highly!

It was a joy to rent the RV from Ray. He was very thorough on showing us how to set it up and operate it. He was very prompt responding to all communication.

We had a a really great experience. The RV was spacious, clean, had all the amenities we needed and we had a great time. Ray was the perfect host, he went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed, was easy to communicate with and really helpful. Overall, we had a blast!

Ray was a wonderful host and the RV came with everything you needed for a camping trip.

We had a great trip in this beautiful fifth wheel! Everything you could need was provided by our Hosts from explaining the how toos of everything on the rig to filling the propane tanks to linens, tables, chairs, silverware, plates, wine glasses and much more. Our Hosts were very low key and low stress and made the entire experience from reservation to drop off a pleasure. Thanks so much Ray!

Host was easy to work with and very nice. Bed is comfortable, couch (Wow) reclines, vibrates and heats. A lot of room in living area. Bedroom has a lot of space for clothes. Fridge is big. We loved it.
