Matthew (and Robert) offered thorough walkthroughs, prompt setup of hookups, and excellent communication (super quick responses, available anytime) throughout trips, even resolving minor technical issues. Pick-up and drop-off were easy and timely.
Manageable and comfortable to drive
Guests found the RV clean, reliable, and in good condition, with a comfortable bed. It was manageable to drive, and spacious enough for families with kids and pets. All systems worked perfectly, despite one mention of needing minor mechanical work.

5.0It was my first RV experience and it was a very pleasant one. Robert setup all the hookups promptly and gave us a thorough walk-through of the RV. This made my stay comfortable. And they came back on time to complete the checkout. So, it was worry-free.

4.0Very comfortable RV, we had a great trip! The bed was so comfortable, vehicle was manageable to drive, and most importantly - our dog loved it! Needs some mechanical work and we did have to mop and wipe down the cushions before leaving, but overall we thoroughly enjoyed the RV.

5.0Everything worked out wonderfully and we had almost three weeks of great fun with the RV and 1500 miles. Everything works perfectly and contact with Matt was very good. He responded super quickly and immediately remedied a minor technical problem. Unreservedly recommended.
