Looking for a place to stay where trailer parking is not an issue, look no further. Situated on 1/3 acre, in my backyard (corner lot). You will have full access to the yard for parking. I can fit multiple trailers if needed as well. Bike Week, Jeep Beach, or any other event where trailers are always an issue, you have another option rather than dealing with the hotel BS. The RV is older, but everything works as it should and it's very clean. I have a washer and dryer on the property for you to use too. Btw I'm not a fan of the $1500 security deposit. This app makes you charge that. I would not charge you that if it was my choice. Don't care about 420 or drinking. Just be respectful. You can have people over and hang out if you want, just follow local noise guidelines. No loud music past 10pm ect.
