2022 Travel trailer with 2 slide out, fully equipped with all of the bells and whistles. Sleeps 9-11.Interior Features:
* 2 Bedrooms, 1 King bed, 2 closets to hang clothes and storage space, 2nd room has 2 bunk beds and 1 sofa which can sleep 2 with closet (hangers in closet) and plenty of storage. (We provide sheets, blankets, and pillows).
* 4 Smart TV'S.
* Dining room table with chairs.
* Sofa can be converted into additional sleeping space for 2 people.
* Dinette can be converted into additional sleeping space.
* Kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator. (We provide plates, cups, utensils, wine opener, can opener, pots and pans, coffee machine, espresso machine, coffee, cream, sugar, tea, dish soap, and paper towel, and trash bags).
* Built in doggy tray.
* Bathroom with shower. (We provide bath towels, hand soap, Rv toilet paper, and trash bags).
* A/C and Heating system.
* Cell phone charging station.
* First Aid Kit.Exterior Features:

That can be charged up front or deducted security deposit.If customer does not dump the black and grey waters there will be a $150 charge deducted from the security deposit. (This does not pertain to campgrounds with full hook up).NO SMOKING is permitted inside the RV. If there is evidence of smoking there will be a $250 fee deducted from the security deposit.RV will be inspected, sanitized and cleaned before your arrival. This is a mandatory $100 fee. We ask that the unit be returned in the same general condition that you received it. If a significant cleaning is required, an additional $100 will be deducted from your deposit.When the RV is delivered or picked up and the driver has to wait longer than 30 minutes there will be a $50 late fee for every 30 minutes thereafter.Owner is NOT responsible for any personal items left behind from renter.Renter is responsible for tolls if any. The RV was very clean! The owner was responsive to any concerns. My only recommendation would be to add some more kitchen things.

Our experience with our rental with Yoany was fantastic. From start to finish it was effortlessly simple and without any issues. Yoany was attentive and a great communicator. It was delivered and set it up and ready for us to just come in and enjoy our holiday weekend away in the Florida Keys.
